About the project

The IT PMO is responsible for Managing CMS (Case Management System) Implementation Projects for ARC Europe Group including its subsidiaries and Shareholders/Service Providers (including the largest automobile clubs in Europe)

Your responsibilities

  • Managing CMS (Case Management System) Implementation Projects for ARC Europe Group including its subsidiaries and Shareholders/Service Providers (including the largest automobile clubs in Europe)

  • Managing a resource capacity plan or resource forecast to help understand resource availability for projects. Implements scoring and prioritisation models to help assess projects / requests

  • Compiles and reports on demand information about project activities, challenges and requirements, with the objective of keeping implementers and decision makers moving toward consistent business goals

  • Serves as PM for selected projects and gets involved as required in project-related tasks and follow-up on project activities through closure

  • Tracks the status of projects based on updates from stakeholders

  • Coordination of a team of developers, testers and analysts

  • Work in an international team

Our requirements

  • Preferred technical education (msc.)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing IT projects as a project manager and project team leader, including internaltional projects with large budgets.

  • Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP) or equivalent is a must

  • Good communication skills

  • Good knowledge and understanding of the IT

  • Very good knowledge of software manufacturing process in terms of technology and IT issues

  • Ability to manage multiple threads and dependencies with other projects

  • Strong result orientation and teamwork

  • Ability to set priorities for yourself and others

  • Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts at the level of top management

  • knowledge of AGILE, SCRUM, and the software development process

  • independence in action, open to new challenges, entrepreneurship

  • knowledge of the principles of keeping project documentation

  • Ability to identify risk areas and define ways to manage them, reporting and problem solving

  • Proven knowledge of verbal/written english skills (min. B2), English is the primary language (will be a member of an international team), other languages are a benefit but not a necessity
