The customer can use the app to report most common breakdowns. The app uses geolocation and simplified diagnosis. We also use the scanner of AZTEC codes to capture vehicle data.
We can authorise and send a patrolman to the spot without human interaction. We can decrease the time of the intake to 1-2 minutes.
