Krzysztof Pająk
Krzysztof Pająk

President of the Board / CEO

Since March 2025, he has served as the CEO of ARC Europe Polska. For over 13 years, as the company’s CFO, he played a key role in the digital transformation of assistance services, placing human needs at the forefront. He holds a PhD in Economics and is a graduate in Finance and Banking from the Poznań University of Economics. He also completed an MBA program at Georgia State University. He values strong relationships and shared team principles as the foundation of his professional approach. He is passionate about new technologies and their real-world applications. Outside of work, he stays active enjoying running, gym workouts and balanced nutrition.

Waldemar Kułagowski
Waldemar Kułagowski

Sales Director

The graduate of Poznań University of Economics, where he was granted Master’s and Doctor’s degree in economics. He has got great professional experience in the field of insurance, including work as an insurance broker in Marsh. In his private life, Waldek is optimistic, reliable and friendly, he is also a loving father and husband. He loves running, recently accompanied by his dog.

Operations Director

The graduate of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. An expert and manager with many years’ expertise gained during work for various financial institutions, e.g. Concordia, BZWBK-Aviva (at present Santander-Aviva). He promotes high ethic standards in business. In his private life Paweł has got two hobbies: horse riding and making home-made liqueurs.

HR Manager

Graduate of Psychology at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Passionate about Human Resources related topics. Having broad experience in human resources management, training, recruitment and labor law. Strongly oriented to continuous development of her knowledge in the field of HR. In her private life a mom of two sons. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially travelling near and far including camping trips.

IT Director

Graduate of the Poznan University of Technology in Electronics and Telecommunications and EMBA at Collegium Da Vinci. Manager with many years of experience in team management, system design and implementation, process optimisation and IT security. He enjoys life to the fullest and makes the most of it. Loves being around people and is open to change, which he sees as an opportunity to grow and experience something new. A red wine connoisseur and a passionate biker.
