It is the moment when a candidate presents themselves and their expectations. This process shows whether both parties speak the same language and have the same goals. There are a few elements which are material for us: competences and skills, motivation and command of foreign languages, English or German. In case of posts requiring specialist knowledge, we will also analyse candidate’s professional carrier and their potential for development.
We believe that organisational culture is created by people. It is very important for us to be sure that it is built by people who respect values of our company. That is why during job interviews we often ask questions referring to those values.
A job interview aims at meeting each other and gaining additional information about candidate’s skills, competences and knowledge. It is also the time to get more information about the current job offer. Prepare questions regarding aspects of the job you are interested in. The recruitment process assumes one or two meetings, depending on the specifics of the post.
You will talk to our HR Specialist and a future direct supervisor (or a person appointed by them). In case of two meetings, the first meeting will be conducted by the HR Specialist, and during the second meeting you will have a chance to meet your potential supervisor; in case of selected posts, the meeting will also be participated by HR Director. Sometimes, when the recruitment process refers to management posts, you will also meet the Director of a particular department.
Depending on the post, you can be requested to shortly tell about your experience via phone, write a competence test, solve a task, take part in a role-play or even in Assessment Center. These tools are an additional source of information for us so that we can find a person who suits our needs and business expectation best.
We do our best for the whole recruitment process to last not more than four weeks; of course, there are highly specialised posts and requirements which prolong our actions. In most cases, job interviews take place in headquarters of our company, in Poznań.
